We would like to make you aware of some business changes within Solaglas Windowcare.

 

As of Tuesday 1st June 2010 Karen Keightley will be taking on a secondment into the role of Senior Specification Manager within our Insurance Services Sector. During this time Karen will be working with the existing Specification Management team and Keren Dennett, Head of Insurance Services.

 

To support this, Phil Langham, current National Customer Service Compliance Manager will be seconded into the role of National Customer Services Manager, assuming all responsibilities. Phil will be contactable on Karen's previous direct dial of 01709 310 115 or mobile 07917 214 178.

 

Phil’s previous responsibilities within compliance will still be dealt with by the Compliance Team, under the responsibility of Darren Dickinson, Customer Service Director.

 

The secondment is for approximately 12 months, and is in line with our strategic plans in regards to delivering ongoing service improvements to our customers.
